Michael Hubbard
Director
Bachelor of Commerce | Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking | MFAA Member
With over 20 years of experience in finance, Michael brings unmatched expertise and a client-first mindset to MJH Finance. His career began in 2007 with one of Australia’s Big Four banks, where he worked across corporate and commercial banking before founding MJH Finance in 2012.
Michael’s vision has always been to help business owners and professionals structure finance in their best interests—not the banks’. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, he is committed to delivering smarter, more personalised lending solutions that stand the test of time.
Beyond the numbers, Michael has a strong passion for long-term client relationships and meaningful community contribution. MJH Finance actively supports local initiatives, from grassroots sporting clubs to regional business growth, reflecting Michael’s belief that success is best shared.

Stacie O’Dea
Customer Service Coordinator
With nearly two decades in the finance industry, Stacie brings a wealth of knowledge in mortgage broking and home lending. For the past five years, she has been an integral part of the MJH Finance team, helping individuals and families navigate the often-complex home loan process with ease and understanding.
Stacie’s approach is centred on making finance feel approachable, ensuring every client feels informed and supported. Whether it’s securing a first home, refinancing an existing loan, or expanding a property portfolio, she focuses on finding lending solutions that fit each client’s unique needs.
Stacie is recognised for her approachable nature, clear communication, and dedication to guiding clients every step of the way.
Rebekah Clayton
Finance Broking Officer
Rebekah, known as Bek, is a Finance Broking Officer with close to 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector. Starting her career in 2006 as a Teller, she progressed to lending roles within one of Australia’s Big Four banks, refining her expertise in client service and tailored financial solutions.
Since joining MJH Finance, Bek now specialises in Home Lending, Commercial Finance, and Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Lending. Her depth of industry knowledge, combined with a strong client-first approach, ensures she delivers outcomes that align with her clients’ goals and aspirations.
Bek is admired for her integrity, attention to detail, and ability to make the lending process clear.
Dianne Igaran
Home Loan Support
Dianne, fondly known as D, holds a Degree in Business Administration majoring in Management Accounting. She began her career in financial services across various government departments, gaining five years of valuable industry experience before completing her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking in 2021.
Since joining MJH Finance, D has become an integral part of the team, working behind the scenes to research and structure lending solutions that best suit each client’s unique needs. Once a loan is approved, she coordinates with lenders, solicitors, and builders to ensure settlements and progress payments are met on time, keeping the process stress-free from start to finish.
D is known for her dedication, organisation, and the calm, efficient way she supports clients through every stage of their finance journey.
Joan (Jo) Mendoza
Equipment Finance Support
Joan, affectionately known as Jo, holds a Degree in Business Administration majoring in Management Accounting and a Diploma in Mortgage and Finance Broking. Before joining MJH Finance in 2019, she built her career in a variety of management accounting and business administration roles, developing a strong foundation in numbers and client service.
At MJH Finance, Jo specialises in equipment finance, helping clients secure the tools and machinery they need for their business to thrive. She also assists with annual client reviews, ensuring the finance solutions in place continue to work in her clients’ best interests year after year. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, Jo makes the finance process smooth, timely, and stress-free.
